OptiComm mobile app (iOS)

The OptiComm app is your organization's AI-powered call assistant. It handles missed calls on your behalf, transcribing and summarizing each conversation, and allows you to query your call history, contacts, and schedule.

Accounts are provisioned by OptiComm.AI for organizations under a service agreement; there are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Getting help

In the app, open Settings → Help & support. This opens a pre-filled e-mail to our support team with the app version, build number and device model already included. You can also write to contact@opticomm.ai directly.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  • what you tapped and what you expected to happen;
  • a screenshot, if possible;
  • for a call-related question, the caller's number and the time of the call.

Signing in

The app has no self-service sign-up. Your organisation receives the account credentials from OptiComm.AI. If you cannot sign in, contact your administrator or write to us at the address above.

Your account and data

  • Delete your account. Open Settings → Delete account & data. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your calls, transcripts, memory and assistant are removed. You can also ask us by e-mail.
  • AI processing consent. The assistant only runs while your consent is on. You can review or withdraw it at any time in Settings → AI processing & privacy.
  • Device permissions. Contacts, Calendar, Microphone, Speech Recognition and Notifications are optional and can be changed at any time in iOS Settings → Apps → OptiComm.
  • Full details are in our Privacy Policy and the list of sub-processors.

Known limitations

  • The assistant answers calls only after conditional call forwarding is set up on your phone line. The app shows the steps for your carrier.
  • Contacts access is needed for the assistant to recognise callers by name; without it, callers are shown by number.
  • The app needs an internet connection; call history and the assistant are not available offline.
